About
I support parents and other caring adults to stay connected to their growing kids by having conversations about bodies, sex of all types, and consent. I specifically support adults who now realize they've had difficult experiences in their past (probably to do with fundamental religious groups) which means they are struggling to get past their nervous system that is telling them talking to kids about sex and related topics is too dangerous to do. Using self-compassion techniques are central to the success for these clients. Primary topics you address; all comprehensive - - Parenting with awkwardness and embarrassment - Puberty - Bodies - Reproduction - Pleasure - Sex and non-sex of all types - Relationships of all types - Gender - Culture - Consent - Connection/Empathy/Communication/Supporting growing children to be themselves and discover their own values Program categories: parent-only
